The Revd Dr Mary Caygill, lecturer of Practical Theology at Auckland University, was the guest preacher at St Matthew's. In her sermon she looks at grace and disgrace: "My firm conviction is that we can only speak meaningfully of God if God emerges from within the experiences of humans and their way of life with others and the world."
